5 Euros non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end. Our casting venue holds limited number of appointments per day, and many of our dates are booked out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer.

Please note, we do not offer refunds on booking fees. However, if you give us at least 48 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward your next appointment. However, if you do not cancel with at least 48 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

There will be some changes in the way that we will be working and we will do our best to keep everyone safe. so we ask all our customers to be very punctual for their appointment, we need to have enough time between customers to clean, sanitise and prepare a safe place for the next customer. we will wear a mask, wash all the equipment each time and we also ask you to bring your own mask when you come for your appointment. we will have a hand sanitiser available.
